MY SKIN CARE TIPS AND ROUTINE

I know it’s so hectic now a days as we all are working from home and also we do have so many other responsibilities. So i am going to talk about healthy skin care routine or you can say skin care tips today for you all. Everyone is so busy in this time because of work load and other responsibilities but believe me guys it is very important to take care of yourself. So the very first thing that the women is always concerned about skin care. Skin care routine is very much important for everyone either women, girls or men. So lets see what i have today for you.

So i am going to talk about healthy skin care routine or you can say skin care tips today for you all. Everyone is so busy in this time because of work load and other responsibilities but believe me guys it is very important to take care of yourself. So the very first thing that the women is always concerned about skin care. Skin care routine is very much important for everyone either women, girls or men. So lets see what i have today for you.

Skin is the most delicate, thin and spread out organ in the body, it is easily affected by pollutants and chemicals, So we do need to be more careful in how we treat our skin regularly. I use mask and facials prepared at home as they are simple to prepare and also inexpensive and effective for skin. Skin care home remedies also involve moisturizing. So there is the list of home remedies for skin care routine:-
Face Masks and face packs:

Banana Pack: crushed banana with few drops of honey. Honey hydrates the skin and banana leaves the skin soft and smooth.

 or

Take a banana, mash it into a bowl and add a little bit of milk. Mix it into a paste and apply it on your face, leaving it on for 10-15 minutes. 

Peppermint facial: Mix peppermint oil with 1 tbsp of milk and 3 tbsp of distilled water. Peppermint provides cool and refreshing sensation to the skin. It helps in killing bacteria and thus prevents acne.

or

Grind a handful of mint leaves and add a dash of turmeric powder to it. Mix a few drops of lukewarm or cold water and apply the paste on your skin. Leave it for about 10 to 15 minutes and then wash it.

Aloe Vera Pack: Blend Aloe Vera and apply directly on the face. Aloe Vera is a globally accepted Indian herb for skin and hair care.

Yogurt: Yogurt is very refreshing and cooling by itself. You can apply it directly on face and leave it for 10-15 minutes and wash it with normal water.

Lemon and honey face pack: Mix equal parts of lemon juice and honey and mix them thoroughly. Keep it on your face with 15 to 20 minutes and then wash it away with water.

Curd and gram flour face pack:Curd and gram flour both are very good for whitening the sun damaged skin and recovering its essential glow. Mix both of them in roughly equal parts. Apply to your face or wherever you would like to de-tan. Let the pack dry. Once dry, rinse it away with lukewarm water.



It is true that " you are what you eat". The diet can have a great effect on the skin. There are so many things, commercial products that people use for their skin care but i always believe in home remedies and other Ayurveda things for skin care routine. This is the best solution you can have. Other than this, the natural remedies are always better than cosmetics and creams with harmful chemicals present in them. They never have any side effects or bad impact on your skin.
