MY TRIP TO KERALA-THE GODS OWN COUNTRY | 5 DAYS KERALA TRIP

 Kerala is a delightful territory of India. There are numerous spots to visit in Kerala. The boathouse storage is a renowned spot to remain and make your days off more memorable.The city is extremely wonderful and there are numerous spots to visit in Kerala. I visited Kerala in 2018 and trust me it is much beautiful than in the pictures. 

We planned a trip in 2018 which was a kerala trip plan for 5 days. I traveled kerala with a group of friends. Kerala is much beautiful than imaginations and the pictures we see. We went to see so many places in kerala. I will tell you the day wise visit to all the places that i saw in Kerala.


Day wise description of the Places which I covered in Kerala:-

1.COCHIN ARRIVAL – LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

On arrival at Ernakulam railway station we got received by our driver and then transferred to hotel. We checked in the hotel and after some rest proceed for the sightseeing of Chinese Fishing nets,  St.Francis Church, Dutch Cemetery and Lulu shopping mall.We stayed at the hotel overnight and then prepared for the next day's trip. It was a 5 days Kerala trip so we all were so excited.

2.KOCHI TO ALLEPPEY  (HOUSE BOAT)

After the breakfast we checked out at the hotel and then transfered to alleppey. We traveled by bus to Alleppey. Alleppey is very beautiful for its backwaters. Alleppey is very famous for backwaters and its beautiful houseboats. On arrival, we checked in into a houseboat and spend the day at leisure dancing and singing. We Spend the rest of the day there and also stayed at night also. We had the dinner at houseboat and stayed overnight there. We enjoyed dancing and singing there all night.



3.ALLEPPEY TO KANYAKUMARI  

In the morning after breakfast, we went to see the Vivekanand memorial in Kanyakumari and also the temple there. we saw the famous sun rise view at kanyakumari. After this we went for shopping. As south is the best known for its spices so yes i bought some spices , decorative items, clothes from there.In the afternoon we checked out from the hotel and  proceed to Kovalam.

Trivandrum is very famous for ayurveda. So after reaching there we visit the famous Museum & Zoo, Padmanabhav Swami Temple. In the Evening we traveled again  to kovalam. the places we visited like:-

1.SHREE PADMANBHASWAMY TEMPLE

The Padmanabhaswamy temple is a Hindu temple located in Thiruvananthapuram, the state capital of Kerala, India. This is basically temple of lord krishna. The day we visited the temple was pongal festival.

2.THIRUVANTHAPURAM ZOO

Thiruvananthapuram Zoo is one of the oldest Zoo in India. Similarly the Museum and Botanical Gardens are also one of the oldest of their kind in the country.



5.TRIVENDRUM– KOVALAM 

In the evening we travelled to kovalam. We were pretty tired at the time but also mesmerized by the beauty. On arrival we again checked out in the Hotel and rest for some time. There was a swimming pool inside the hotel so everyone had fun in the swimming pool and then we headed to kovlam beach. Rest of the day  we walked on the beach and did other activities and we were now free to explore the famous lighthouse beach at Kovalam.

6.KOVALAM – TRIVANDRUM/COCHIN DROP.

After breakfast check out from the hotel at 9 am and proceed to Trivandrum airporta/railway station (Approx 16 km ) to connect flight/train for your onward journey with sweet and fond memories. We were for 5 days kerala trip and this is the trip i will always remember. This trip has given me so many memories and happy moments to cherish i would say!
